Introduction
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between the company Medinati Clothing, the seller of a share in SARLAU with capital of 100,000 dhs, whose head office is located at RESIDENCE CAMILIA N2 AVENUE LAYOUNE SIDI BRAHIM, Fes – Morocco, under Trade Register number 83471, and any user (hereinafter the “Customer”) of the site www.medinatibrand.com (hereinafter the “Site”) wishing to make a purchase.

Place orders

When you place an order for goods through the Medinatibrand.com website, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise from Medinati Clothing. All orders are subject to acceptance by Medinati Clothing, which may be confirmed by email or other means of communication.

Payment

At Medinati Clothing, we currently only accept payment by wire transfer for purchases made through the Service. Please note that the card payment option will be available soon. Once available, you will have the option to pay using the CMI’s secure online payment platform.

Delivery

Medinati Clothing will deliver the goods to the address you provide during the ordering process. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of goods. Medinati Clothing will make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery times, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Cancellation and returns

You have the right to cancel your order for goods before delivery. Once delivered, the goods can only be returned in accordance with our returns policy, which forms part of these conditions. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on how to initiate a return.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Goods, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and designs, are owned by Medinati Clothing. You agree not to reproduce, distribute or modify the goods without the prior written consent of Medinati Clothing.

Limitation of liability

Medinati Clothing will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the goods, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will Medinati Clothing’s liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the goods.

Our products are artisanal and handcrafted, which means slight imperfections or variations in appearance may occur. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects or grounds for liability or compensation.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

Modification of the Conditions

Medinati Clothing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice.
